Welcome to the STUDIO 2B Spa!!

As the summer days quickly wind down, why not try these easy homemade spa treatments to help relax you before it's Back To School time.

Tips for getting the best from your home facial
  • make sure you don't have a food allergy (Very Important)
  • take a shower before your facial, the steam opens up pores
  • Avoid applying to delicate areas, such as eyes & mouth

Chocolate Facial Mask
Recommended for normal skin
1/3 cup Cocoa
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp cottage cheese
¼ cup honey
3 tsp oat meal powder
Mix the ingredients together, smooth over face, lay back and relax for ten minutes, was with warm water. Leaves your skin feeling baby smooth. So good you could eat it! But I don't recommend it.

Strawberry Hand & Foot Exfoliant
 8-10 strawberries
2 tbsp. Apricot oil (can substitute olive oil)
1 teaspoon of coarse salt, such as sea salt
Mix ingredients together, massage onto hands and feet, rinse with warm water, and pat dry.

Rainbow Fruity Bath Salts
3 quarts Epsom salts or course sea salts
3 envelopes of Kool-Aid powder (one each of three different colors)
3-4 drops of scented essential oils which compliment the flavors of Kool-Aid you have chosen

Mix one envelope of Kool-Aid to 1 quart salts in three separate bowls. Add 3 -4 drops of essential oils to each of the three bowls, in a scent which coordinates with the color. Alternate colored layers in a glass or plastic container.

To use:
Add ½ to 1 cup salts per bath. NO, the Kool-Aid will not stain your skin or tub.
